The 49 spots at Kolpinghaus Brixen are allocated exclusively by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano/Bozen. The Kolpinghaus Brixen association provides the rooms for university students, but cannot allocate them independently. Allocation is based on the guidelines of the province and its ranking system.
